Main Street ToccoaMain Street Toccoa was founded in 1990 as a means to facilitate downtown Development in the City of Toccoa. Accredited in 1999 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Main Street Toccoa is one of only eight Georgia Exceptional Main Streets (GEMS) in the State out of over 100. Currently, Main Street Toccoa also operates the use, booking, and renovation of the Historic Ritz Theatre at the Schaefer Center. |

Connie TaborConnie Tabor serves as the Director of Community Development for the City of Toccoa, where she has been employed for 31 years. She oversees the Community Development Department, Historic Preservation Commission, and Planning Commission, as well as the overall operation of the Ritz Theatre. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Marketing and Logistics and is nationally certified in Downtown Management by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Connie also served as President of the Georgia Downtown Association (GDA) in 2013.

Christian HamiltonChristian serves as the City's Main Street Manager, primarily focusing upon the operation and promotion of Main Street Toccoa, an award-winning GEMS community, as well as grant writing and implementation. He also serves as the Recording Secretary for the Downtown Development Authority, and serves as staff for the Toccoa Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission. Christian received his Bachelor's degree in Politics and Policy from Liberty University, and his Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. Christian also serves on the Georgia Downtown Association's Board of Directors and as Secretary for the Toccoa Rotary Club.

Tami MayhughTami is the General Manager of the Historic Ritz Theatre. Her goal is to continue to elevate the experience offered by the Ritz. High-quality. Great diversity. It's all here, and Tami is looking forward to promoting this year's event schedule. Tami graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations.

Sharon CrosbySharon Crosby is Main Street's Special Events Coordinator. She graduated from Nyack College with a degree in Cross Cultural Studies. Sharon worked with a church-based group for 18 years before moving to Toccoa in 1998. Sharon also worked at Toccoa Falls College for 7 years as the Public Relations Director. During that time she was editor of the college’s international magazine. She started working for the City of Toccoa in January 2007. Since her employment, Main Street has won four state awards for special events and several of its events are yearly-honored as the Top 20 Events in the Southeast.
