​Main Street Toccoa

​Main Street Toccoa was founded in 1990 as a means to facilitate downtown Development in the City of Toccoa. Accredited in 1999 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Main Street Toccoa is one of only eight Georgia Exceptional Main Streets (GEMS) in the State out of over 100.

Currently, Main Street Toccoa also operates the use, booking, and renovation of the Historic Ritz Theatre at the Schaefer Center.
